I’m a trusted advisor and collaborator with extensive experience across human services, justice and community services.

After almost two decades in the Victorian Public Service I now work independently with government and for-purpose organisations to solve complex organisational, workforce and system challenges.

I established my consulting practice to provide experienced, independent advice that combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. I’m particularly interested in projects that strengthen organisations, build capability and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.

I’ve worked across the social services system leading major reform programs. My experience spans strategy, policy, implementation, operations and governance.

  • Held senior leadership roles in large service delivery departments, leading and supporting diverse teams to deliver high priority work.

  • Led workforce planning and operational readiness for significant social service projects and reforms, including major justice system infrastructure.

  • Directed workforce and capability initiatives for family violence and family services sectors through DFFH's Centre for Workforce Excellence, as well as supporting community services sector workforce and delivery priorities.

  • Developed successful investment proposals worth hundreds of millions of dollars across workforce, infrastructure and service reform.

  • Worked extensively with First Nations organisations and leaders on justice and social service reform, including supporting the facilitation of a self-determined Aboriginal Workforce Strategy.

  • Led commissioning, procurement, provider performance and service system reform initiatives across youth justice, housing, disability and family services.

  • Designed and facilitated executive workshops, stakeholder consultations and reform processes that built alignment, informed decision-making and supported implementation of complex change initiatives.
